I’m Keane Tay, a UX-focused multidisciplinary designer working across research, product strategy and visual craft, with a background in fashion and spatial design.
My process starts with people. I look for the behaviours, needs and friction points behind a problem before translating any of it into something clear and considered. Most of what I do lives in that space between research, product strategy, user journeys and prototyping, and I'm especially drawn to problems that span both digital and physical touchpoints.
I trained across fashion and interior architecture before finding my way into UX, and that path still shapes how I design today. I've applied it to financial inclusion, career guidance, accessibility and the future of work, always with the same goal to make something complex feel intuitive.
